Who is Mehran Keshe,
He is a nuclear physicist and engineer who tried to work with the governments around the world for the release of technology surrounding plasma energy, but the governments refused to sign a Peace Treaty stating it would only be used for the betterment of humanity and never be used to wage war.
So Mehran Keshe started releasing the technology to the public.

Plasma energy is the energy of the universe. It is what balances the planets and keeps them in their position so that they do not collide with each other. The solar system is in balance with itself with all the planets. The solar system, then in turn is in balance with all other solar systems which in turn are in balance with the universe, which in turn is in balance with the other universes. This goes on and on.
Just as water flowed for so many years before someone realized the power of water could be harnessed and then mills were produced launching us into steam power and the industrial revolution.
Plasma energy is the water of the fields of the universe. We are just now tapping into this water.
It flows like water.
It has winds that pull.
It has potential differences when you fall from a higher level to a lower level in magnetic gravitational field strength.
It creates the same release of energy that you get in dams.
It has the same power as a nuclear essence.
It has everything which according to the time and intelligence that we have tapped into and it has given us energy.
Now we tap into the knowledge of the universe and this is where the difference is.
A large number of nuclear physicists, who understand the plasma.
Humanity fought with matter for thousands of years and couldn't manipulate it anymore.

When the atom was discovered in 1827 it was something that had to be accepted when based upon evidence.

There was a move into nuclear power and the science of the plasma of creation.
This brought the insight, but one of the biggest problems with nuclear is that it is misrepresented.
Nuclear physicists are misrepresented.
In a way they gain the power of their station, which has brought both fear and respect.
Plasma is different. . .it is peaceful and shows it's power with no fear.
Instead of being respected out of the fear of what nuclear physicists bring, those working on plasma need to be respected out of the pleasure they bring with plasma.

Another example of plasma energy is a piece of paper with iron shavings and a magnetic beneath causing those metal shavings to make a form. You couldn't visibly see the energy creating that shape, but you knew it was there.
Plasma energy is similar to a magnetic field that puts out an area of influence where inside that field, change can occur. The matter can be changed to be in balance with that field of energy.
This is the energy of the universe. Plasmatic/gravitational fields are what we see in the aura around people, plants and pets. This field can be influenced by the environment and also by the emotion of the animal, plant or person. We are developing plasmatic fields into the product that we call GANS which is Gas in nano atomic solid state. We use this in combination to balance and influence the plasmatic fields of the plants, animals or humans.
Plasmatic energy is new to doctors and veterinarians and actually they know nothing about it because there are no medical books that use this knowledge. Plasma Energy is currently defined by a nuclear physicist, engineer and researcher as the “water” of the fields of the universe. Accessing these fields means tapping into that “water.” Plasma energy fields emanate like ripples in water and they have wind-like waves that ebb and flow.
Plasma energy has potential difference in magnetic gravitational strength when descending from a higher level to a lower level. It creates the same release of energy seen in hydroelectric dams. Plasma energy fields can be demonstrated with magnets. When these magnets are pulled together that is the attraction of their plasmatic gravitational fields. When magnets repel each other they are sending magnetic energy. When they reach equilibrium the repelling stops.
This action of the magnetic gravitational plasma fields is apparent throughout the physical world. It is what balances the position of the planets and keeps them from colliding. The molecules and atoms in the bodies of plants, pets and people act in accord with planets by attracting and repelling each other, always seeking a balance of plasma energy.

When addressing support for various illnesses, various elements are used to make GANS, an acronym for Gas in Atomic Nano Solid State. These GANS which have very powerful plasmatic fields, influence the imbalance caused by disease or injury in people, plants and pets. In doing so, biological balance is returned, allowing healing to occur.

M.T. Keshe is a Nuclear Engineer who began his education at a very young age. His father was a part of the Phillips International for medical x-ray research and development. As a child, Keshe was introduced to the cutting-edge world of science and discovery. Young Keshe would travel the world regularly alongside his father, constantly learning about the amazing world of science and meeting famous scientists.
Keshe was nurtured as a young child to be fascinated by the world and to constantly seek new discoveries that would ultimately improve the quality of life for all life on this planet.
As a young man, Keshe attended Queen Bay College in England, where he graduated as a nuclear engineer specializing in reactor technology. During this time he began playing with his own theory of the creation of gravity.
All he had at that time was a theory saying gravitational fields are created by the interaction of Matter, Dark Matter and Antimatter. He knew his theory was correct because he could see it working in his mind’s eye.
In the same way, Nikola Tesla was able to see and understand the workings of the AC electric generator (the system that powers the world) in his mind’s eye before ever constructing it.
As a young, ambitious scientist fresh out of school, there was not much opportunity for Keshe to gain employment doing research into his outlandish theory of the creation of gravity. So, he began his research as an independent scientist, free to do his own investigation, and free from the distractions of the mainstream scientific community.
It was a very long and difficult process, but Keshe was able to independently finance his research and develop his theory to the point where he could prove it scientifically by replicating the exact gravitational and magnetic field conditions of the Earth in a small scale system.
Since then, Keshe has gained support from around the world, and since 2002 the Keshe Foundation has been developing different aspects of this technology on a daily basis. They’ve made advancements in everything from energy productions to medical applications, to deep space travel.
In his book, The Universal Order of Creation of Matters, Keshe explains the basic principles of gravity. These are also the same principles that apply to the interactions within a neutron – interactions between Matter, Antimatter and Dark Matter.
According to Keshe, the neutron is composed of these three fundamental Matters. Currently in the world of science, it is assumed that the neutron, a center mass within an atom, is composed of three quarks: one up-quark and two down-quarks. This is the model that is being taught in universities around the world, and this is the model I learned in Dr. John Hagelin’s class The Foundations of Physics and Cosmology.
According to Keshe however, tiny magnetic fields are the real fundamental particles originating from a cosmic magnetic soup. In other words, the foundation of matter is not smaller bits of matter. Rather, the foundation of matter is energetic frequencies that, when combined with other similar frequencies, create the new energetic frequencies that manifest as physical matter.
This infinite source of cosmic energy that connects all things and births all matter, is also known as Vacuum Energy, Zero Point Energy, the Plank Scale and/or The Unified Field. How does matter such as an electron or a proton emerge from the Unified Field? And, how do atoms combine to create such an amazing system as the Milky Way Galaxy?
