time: begining of next year after the transition.

details: everything that fly must be in the air simultaneously.

diffulty : airport madness.

resume: it is gonna be the biggest land logistical exercise ever to be able to have everything taking of and landing, safely.

it would be nice for mid sping or 2019 at WORST but still dogy!
