Plant-Based Diet Example

Plant-Based Diet Example: A Typical Day.

So for the example, let’s take a woman with a height of 172 cm, weight– 62 kg, aged 25. She exercises twice per week.
She needs to consume 2000 kcal daily.
Her goal is to keep herself in shape without losing any weight, which is why in this particular example her daily calorie intake should be 2000 calories (kcal).

She has 4 meals per day and 2 snacks in between meals.

I am so happy to see plant-based diets being promoted on here! I am not sure about your units of measure but I think I am pretty close to your example! 5'7, age 26, 115lbs female. I only eat plant based foods and everyone always asks me how/why/what am I doing. I encourage and try my best to inspire as a raw food nutritionist, and am happy to have friends around to share information with! Looking forward to your posts :)
heart-to-heart

Hi! Units of measure are in Metric system. Kilogram = kg, grams = gr, centimetre = cm. Hope it healps! :)
