Amazon India was on Wednesday inaugurated a large company owned campus worldwide in Hyderabad, the only one outside the USA.

The e-commerce firm will house more then 15,000 employees out of the over 62,000 members of Indian Teams.

Amazon new campus building located in Hyderabad financial district near hitech city is also a step toward countering Walmart Inc. Which has acquire Indian largest e-commerce firm flipkar last year.

The new campus spread over 9.5 acers and its large tech base outside the Seattle headquarters which has about 155,000 contract employees.

Telangana is the one-third of Amazon total India employees base across six office, include the new campus building.

Investment in Amazon Campus Hyderabad

This is one of the largest center of a multinational company in the country.

The India Unit Of Intel, the US based chip design company, announced in 2017 that will invest Rs1,100 Crore to expand its research and development centre in Bengaluru making it the largest center outside in US.
