Subaru XV e-Boxer Adventures
Today we went venturing for terrains and conditions to subject our Subaru Crossover too, it went rather well as you'll see in the upcoming review.
We found deep water, snow and mountains, this journey is a LIVE we filmed on the way back from Windermere, primarily Kirkstone pass.
Annabelle is behind the wheel of the AWD XV which is the e-Boxer model meaning it can run on pure electric upto 25mph.
The electric motor provids more torque and works in unison witha 2L petrol flat four, commonly known as the Boxer engine, hence e-Boxer - it's also coupled to a lineartronic CVT.
It's well refined in the cabin, premium seats finished well, the drivers is electric - lots of safety too with Subaru's eyesight system including adaptive cruise control, lane sway, collision detection etc.
We have the vehicle for another few days, expect more adventures.
