There is a really long gap between the current plagiarized posts and the last post on the account. The wallets appear to be zeroed out. So, this might be a hacked account.
The accounts are too many, it's not just one. But yes, it could be that they are hacked or, more precise - they have always belonged to just one person that now is activated for some reason (maybe the high price of the bitcoin).
