Cześć! Za niedługo zaczyna się rok szkolny, dla uczniów to ciężki czas, ale czy tylko dla nich? Przecież uczymy się całe życie, więc dorosłym może również przydadzą się moje rady, a dokładniej JAK SIĘ UCZYĆ, ABY SIĘ NAUCZYĆ. Z tymi radami, zaoszczędzicie mnóstwo czasu, polubicie naukę no i będziecie wszystko umieć. Zapraszam was do czytania!
Jak się uczyć, aby się nauczyć?
• wyłącz telefon oraz odstaw na bok wszystkie rozpraszacze - dobrze wiesz, że wystarczy dźwięk powiadomienia, a naszą głowę zalewa masa pytań "Od kogo to?" "Co odemnie chce?". Po czym, gdy weźmiemy telefon, zanurzamy się w otchłaniach internetu, leci godzina za godziną, a my nadal siedzimy w internecie.
• najpierw rób łatwe i pojedyncze zadania - jeśli nauczyciele zadają wam dużo zadań, a wy nie wiecie za co się zabrać, po tym jak widzicie stos książek, zacznij od pojedynczych i najprostszych zadań. Gdy popatrzycie się znowu na wasz "stos książek" zobaczycie, że jest tam zaledwie parę książek czy zeszytów.
• włączcie muzykę, która was będzie motywować - na początku musicie zadać sobie pytanie "Czy ja lubię słuchać muzyki podczas nauki", gdy odpowiecie "Nie", to znaczy że ta rada nie jest dla was, lecz gdy odpowiedź brzmi "Tak" czytajcie dalej post. Stwórz sobie swoją "Motywacyjną playlistę". Pomoże wam się zmotywować do działania i szybciej zrobicie zadanie.
• używaj fiszek - fiszki to rzecz niezbędna do nauki, ja używam aplikacji "Quizlet", którą wam polecam
• przewietrz pokój przed nauką - pomoże Ci to w utrzymaniu czujności, bo gdy zrobi się trochę cieplej, a ty jesteś strasznie zmęczony/a po szkole, od razu uśniesz.
• testuj siebie - gdy na jutro masz dużo nauki i nie wiesz czy zapamiętasz to wszystko, spróbuj robić sobie testy, to pozwoli Ci podsumować czy umiesz wszystko, czy też nie. Rób takie testy po nauce oraz rano, przed szkołą.

How to learn to learn?
• turn off the phone and set aside all the diffusers - you know that the notification sound is enough, and our head is flooded with a lot of questions, "Who's that from?" "What does he want from me?" After which, when we take a phone, we immerse ourselves in the abyss of the Internet, it is hour by hour and we are still sitting on the internet.
• first, do the easy and single tasks - if the teachers ask you a lot of tasks, and you do not know what to take, after you see the stack of books, start with individual and simple tasks. When you look again at your "stack of books" you will see that there are only a few books or notebooks.
• include music that will motivate you - at the beginning you have to ask yourself "Do I like listening to music while learning" when you answer "No", it means that this advice is not for you, but when the answer is "Yes" read on post. Create your own "Motivational playlist". It will help you motivate you to act and make the task faster.
• use flashcards - flashcards are a necessary thing to learn, I use the "Quizlet" application, which I recommend to you
• ventilate the room before learning - it will help you stay alert, because when it gets a bit warmer, and you are terribly tired after school, you will fall asleep immediately.
• test yourself - when you have a lot of learning for tomorrow and do not know if you will remember all this, try to test yourself, it will allow you to summarize whether you can do everything or not. Do such tests after school and in the morning, before school.
