RE: Wszystkie drogowskazy wskazują na Trinidad
I managed to read through the first paragraph, slowly, though I could not remember what most words meant, I understood some of them.
My mother is Polish, but we never spoke much growing up. I used to speak a bit with my Babcia, but it's been a long time since then.
Anyway, nice photos ;) Do widzenia.
Wow, that's sounds like a good challenge for you. Where do you live, if I can ask? In London I met few people with polish roots and surnames, but same like you without any knowledge of language.
I live in Canada (Montreal area in Quebec). I'm third generation Polish. My grandparents moved here after the second World War. My mother always spoke to them in Polish and I have family who speak it quite a bit, but learning 3 languages growing up was a challenge, so my brain retained English and French. I keep saying that some day I should relearn Polish. I follow a YouTuber who does videos in both English and Polish, so maybe just reading and listening will help the language return. I know so little of it now. I can't even count to ten. I keep getting confused with oszem and deviencz? I can count to 5 :p
