Ok, maybe it is too soon. I would think that getting boots on the ground to look for possible vics would be a good investigative approach. I just hadn't seen it mentioned. Thx.
I agree with you 100%. We need the people who feel strong enough to come forward, even if they think they saw something they brushed away in their minds.
