Founded in 1993, taking care of children seems to be the core of The Sure Foundation's work, and they have listed countries in which they would engage in orphanage projects which many researchers have noted as peculiar. These countries include Kosovo, Serbia, Afghanistan, and Haiti, which have all been noted on this site before as being countries victimized by child trafficking and/or human rights violations perpetrated by private military corporations. Part 2: Representative "Duke" Cunningham is bribed by TSF Director with prostitutes and more

Randall Harold Cunningham, known often as "Duke", is a United States Navy veteran and former Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from California's 50th Congressional District from 1991 to 2005. He would be found guilty of accepting bribes and prostitutes from Mitchell J. Wade, who was at that time CEO of MZM (Athena Innovative Solutions) and Director of The Sure Foundation.

Part 3: The Directors, Veritas Capital, DynCorp and possible connections to intelligence

From its founding in until around 2010, The Sure Foundation was led by President Emeritus, Christiane Wade, and the Foundation's Director. Her husband, Mitchell J. Wade, served as the Director until 2005 when he would plead guilty to bribing Representative Randy "Duke" Cunningham. He would however continue to serve as Treasurer for The Sure Foundation until at least 2008. (source) Despite Mitchell J. Wade stepping down, he and every Director since has also been the CEO of counterintelligence contractor Athena Innovative Solutions (formerly MZM, Inc.). (source)

In 2005, due mostly to the Wade scandal, Veritas Capital (then owners of DynCorp) purchased MZM, Inc. and formed Athena Innovative Solutions. Mysteriously enough, despite DynCorp being investigated for sex trafficking in Bosnia and other countries, federal investigators did not look into The Sure Foundation or Athena Innovative Solutions during this time. Undeterred, Veritas Capital then appointed its own Directors to The Sure Foundation directly, the first being Lt. Gen. James C. King.

James King was a member of the professional staff for the Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction, also referred to as the Silberman-Robb Commission. (source)

As it turns out King would also be the head of satellite imaging operations while he was part of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and other military/intelligence agencies. (source)

Part 4: The Sure Foundation Theological Institute

Despite repeated scandals involved in their sponsor companies, The Sure Foundation continues to grow to the present day and is still a global operation. They have even expanded and now The Sure Foundation Theological Institute seems to be their most public project.

The Sure Foundation Theological Institute is an online Bible school in which users can obtain an unaccredited Associates, Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate degrees in Theology and other "non-denominational" religious studies. (their website - WARNING!) Those who pay for their program can receive any level of degree in a matter of months through the use of their educational software.

One now has to wonder, why would the intelligence community be so interested in orphanages and making priests?
