High-Level Law Enforcement Official Charged With Child Porn, Record Arrests Under Trump

One  of the highest law enforcement officials to date, a State of California  deputy attorney general, has been charged with possession of child  pornography, while at the same time one of the largest sex slave rings  on the West Coast continues to be rolled up by law enforcement.

California Deputy Attorney General Raymond Liddy,  in office since 2008, was charged with "possession of images of  children engaged in sexually explicit conduct" after an Internet service  provider (ISP) sent a tip to the National Center for Missing and  Exploited Children that a possibly illegal image had been uploaded. The  tip was forwarded to the San Diego Internet Crimes Against Children task  force, which obtained a search warrant and probed further into the  user's emails and online chats. 

The search, according to the criminal complaint filed by the FBI,  turned up, among other images, one of a prepubescent girl naked from the  waist down with her legs spread wide apart, engaged in "sexually  explicit conduct."
