I think you are 100% correct. She is very similar to Suzanne Collins who wrote 3 hugely successful dystopian trilogies. I recently discovered there's a "Collins" illuminati bloodline, which I would presume she's part of. She happens to live in Sandy Hook, CT as well.
Her trilogies were inspired by Alice in Wonderland (often used as a template in mind programming), and a myth involving human sacrifice to a minotaur (sorta like moloch). Her dystopian vision is textbook NWO programming: genocide, starvation, biological warfare.
Both Rowland and Collins are preparing us for the NWO takeover. You see other signs as well, such as Lady Gaga performing in a rotating cube, Miley Cyrus pizza craze, casual acceptance of cannibalism and pedophilia, the Pope talking about coprophilia, the Pope welcoming other faiths into catholic churches, etc.
I have heard SRA survivors also saying that the NWO will happen within the current generation. Which is basically the epocal event when they reduce the population by 80%, and re-build it with their slaves.
