I understand. What would you think would be the claim? Are there images from his Instagram account? I don't think that would be a valid claim because there is at least a fair use reason for using them, and it's not like a creative work that's being stolen.
my guess is his lawyer said enough to get them to say fuck it. There was nothing but info available to the public on there
