Here we go! School is back in session and our kids will be coming home starving. Here is a snack you can give them and know what is in it. You make the sauce go to my Canning Project video from yesterday I posted a recipe for pasta and pizza sauce you can put into cans or you can make one batch. Use your favorite dough. Roll it out so it will fit in a muffin pan or just roll it out flat. Put cheese and sauce on it (or reverse that order if you like Chicago deep-dish pizza). Bake for 10 mins at 350. I got 34 out of this batch. Flash freeze them if you have any left and then store them in your freezer.
