Come and explore the first pixEOS city!

Today I started with the task of creating a 3D model out of the pixEOS paint canvas; to be honest, I had never done something like this before, so the challenge really excited me. And of course I would use Blender.

I finally found the way to do it and this was the first result:

This object literally made my jaw broke to the floor, and I couldn't close my mouth for a while... I was so amazed! Even if it was not exactly what I wanted to do.

I accidentally had gotten the heightmap the whole opposity so the City was inverted. But well, it was my first try!

And after getting the heightmap correctly I could achieve this beauty:

I need to thank a lot to Jorge, the lead developer from pixEOS team, who provided me the ultra necessary heightmap to get this done.

And this is not all!

I dared to upload the model to sketchfab so you can NAVIGATE THROUGH IT! Here you can rotate, zoom in, zoom out, explore the city! Get there by clicking here!
