Price increased 80% in the past 2 days! Impressive! Don't seem like a spike either..
Only time will tell, but if it keeps its current value with no dips for over a week i would bet on a rise over a drop.
Just go on bittrex.com as it's listed on there... although its price dropped and is continually dropping, now's a good time to buy. PIVX is a great long term investment and buying low is also a great way to grab enough for a masternode!!
Yes, thank you! But what are the benefits of a masternode? Can you have masternode if you are not techy. How does one buy on bittrex, what price does one choose? Is asking or bidding?

but how can i buy pivx without bitcoin. i only have steem and i have never bought bitcoin before and i dont want to go through the hassle. so since you have an account here, is it possible to buy pivx with steem or steem dollars. Why dont you get enlisted on @blocktrades since they are on steemit
This is a good point, It hasn't been raised by any community members on our forums. There have been some discussions with blocktrades representatives so It'll probably happen sooner rather than later.

I had a bunch of this in my wallet one day and I was like how the hell did that get in my account. After a bit of research I discovered it was DNET before and had been automatically converted to PIVX on bittrex. I setup a local wallet and am waiting for stakes now. The POS system is without much detail in the wallet compared to other POS coins. Do you know if it has an optimal stack size?

If you are staking this coin you should do it through a pool. Receiving stakes by staking through your wallet takes way to long, with the pool you get multiple (small ones) a day. Because of this the total amount you will receive in a year is around 5 times as much. You also don't have to leave your computer running continuously.
