My introduction to the WIM HOF challenge

Greetings friends, today I come to participate in INITIATIVE: april with WIM-HOF proposed by the leader of the Projecthope community and one of my favorite people in the world, the great @crypto.piotr, so this challenge consists of applying the WIM HOF technique during the month and weekly publish about our experiences, I am very excited because I have always wanted to participate in a challenge and I know that I am going to have fun in this experience. The WIM HOF technique consists of some breathing exercises, in a video that I saw published on the YouTube channel of WIM HOF the breathing exercise lasts about 11 minutes, the point is that this exercise gives you control over your body and this challenge is try to tell about our experience doing this breathing technique, the WIM HOF breathing technique is the key to Mr. WIM HOf's success, but who is WIM HOF?

WIM HOF was born on April 20, 1959 in the Netherlands, he is known as ICEMAN for his superhuman resistance to ice he has the world record of 2 hours, 16 minutes and 34 seconds running a marathon barefoot on ice and snow, at the time he had the world record for the longest duration in contact with ice with 1 hour 53 minutes and 2 seconds and for swimming on ice with 57.5 meters but these records were later broken, among his feats is also climbing Everest with shorts and sneakers but not achievement reached the top due to a foot injury.

So this man promotes his method of breathing and meditation as the secret of his success, he has published some books where he clearly explains his methods in 1998 Climbing in silent, in 2000 Reaching the top is to overcome your fear, in 2012 Becoming the Iceman: exceeding perceived limits, in 2015 Koud kunstje: wat kun je leren van de iceman?.

I'm delighted to read your post about Wim Hof breathing method. Hopefully we can learn something from each other :)

I bet you were quite surpissed to learn about his worlds records and achievements.
He got me interested. He got me curious. And I quickly realized how positive change it has been to my body to follow his teachings.

of course buddy I am stronger I do the exercises every day and I am sleeping much better, I had problems sleeping and since I started the wim hof challenge I sleep better it cannot be a coincidence
