Word Of Mouth

The kitchen in the little cozy cabin of Pinky and Spiky is a little busy today. Dietrich is slicing some apples that had fallen in the orchard. Betsy is tearing the left over bread into pieces and Victor is weighing some grains and seeds. Pinky is rendering some fat from the bacon they had last night. What are they up to? They are preparing bird food. This winter there are a some migratory birds that could be lost or left and might be looking for shelter and food. Pinky will later on collect all the ingredients being prepared by her assistants and will bring it all together with the fat and seal it overnight.

The next day, the food should have solidified by now but Pinky and her assistants are just about start their day. On the other room Spiky is with Cornelius chatting. Spiky was bothered by a hurricane or is it? He felt like a thousand wings of bird flapping in the nearby area. When Pinky went out to check if the bird feeder had invited some birds, she was surprised to see a huge group of birds arriving. One of them mentioned that the food is great and everyone has been tweeting about it. That explains the thousand wings flapping all at once.
