Pineappley Salsa

Aloha friends!
My sister and I recently threw a going away party for ourselves. We're moving to Washington next week, and Maui in the fall, so naturally, our party was Hawaiian themed. I made pineapple salsa and put it inside a pineapple! Turned out delicious, and pretty cool looking, too. Tossed tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, red onion, and pineapple in a food processor. Blended a bit and voila! <3
