It may, however, be a good idea to follow our comments and flags and judge for yourselves.
Why? Because the pending rewards being shown on shit posts on the Trending Page are disheartening and insulting to proper content providers, and also emphasise the already scammy image of Steemit to first-time visitors.
It is up to the whole community to clean up things a bit, but most of the larger wallets are hiding behind their delegations and are making money from bidbots, so their interests lie elsewhere: short-term profit without caring about the long-term viability of Steemit.
The largest wallets may have the largest responsibility, but they are not going to intervene; it's up to the rest.
Your stake and rewards are at stake here too.

This is so true. Its good for my learning:)
Your work is good. Really good and i support it.
But use of bid-bots is also needed.
Example. I have i dont know 280 followers. But to be honest many of them they are new accounts. They just follow me becaise i am active member and my reputation thank Lord growing. But they dont care what i post or not.
Most of the people here they are not checking they feed they are just intrested where they can earn. So this is the sad truth and the main problem.
So in this case the bid bots can make a good job to help people to grow. Like me. I really like to upvote some good posts but my sp is low still. So if i cant boost myself lil bit than how?
The bad content is not a mistake of the bid bots. That is a mistake of the people who wrote it and those who upvote it waiting to get some curration reward.
Also i bet if there will ve no bid bots than the value of the sbd will go down. Buy and sell that is a important part to keep the sbd in a good level.
