Morning with pigeons

From time to time I check every group of birds: pigeons, ducks, storks, falcons, owls, etc. It helps me organize my work. Today was the turn for the pigeons. I checked the room, examined the birds so that they were healthy and not affected by fleas. Some of them hatch chicks. I was pleased with the results. All birds are healthy and well-fed.

As you can see in one of the photos, the mother-pigeon warms the chicks. We rarely see pigeon chicks because their parents hide them. But what if you find a nest with chicks?

Observe them for several days. If parents fly in and feed them, then you should not interfere. If you are unable to see your parents, examine the chicks several times. If their crops are empty all the time, then the chicks are in trouble. Then you can pick them up and feed them at home.
