2 round black / white breads (at your discretion)
2 ripe avocados
5 boiled eggs
2 packs (300-350g.) Red fish
500 gr. cottage cheese
7 tablespoons sour cream not greasy
to taste Salt and greens
Cut round bread for 5-6 cakes.
Rub the eggs on a fine grater.
Cut finely ripe avocado.
Cut into large red fish. (take out all the bones)
Cooking cream for lubricating bread cakes and smoothing the cake. To do this, beat the cheese curd with sour cream, add salt and herbs to taste 🌿
Prepare the substrate, in the center lay out a spoonful of cream (so our cake will not go).
Putting the cake:
Bread Cake➡️cream➡️red fish➡️cake plate➡️cream➡️cucumbers➡️cream➡️eggs➡️cake plate➡️cream➡️avocado➡️cake plate
We put it under the press in the fridge for 3-4 hours, better for the night (I put a heavy plate on the cake and wait for the night)
Next morning we reach our cake and the remaining cream from the fridge, line the cake with it.
