The STEEM collected in this way is a JACKPOT, which is an additional prize which will be paid to the player who correctly chooses 5 lucky numbers. If more than one player correctly chooses 5 numbers in a given draw, the JACKPOT will be divided among all the winners.
However, if no one picks a combination of 5 numbers in a given draw, the whole JACKPOT goes to the prize pool of the next week and is increased by the STEEM amount collected from the coupons sold in past week.
This means that your bets increase the STEEM pool, which you can win!
