Verifying Tesla’s theory - first experiments
If Tesla’s theory is correct then a discharge of sufficiently high voltage will attract atmospheric electricity. Here are the first two experiments that clearly suggest that this is indeed what is happening.
ONE
In the first experiment we suspend a large metal ring around the high voltage terminal of a tesla coil which is known to generate roughly 500,000 volts.
Within 20 cm of this ring we place a ground wire. The tesla coil will now discharge to the ground wire via this metal ring, i.e. it will first discharge to the ring and then the ring will discharge to the ground wire.
Thus reasoning within standard electrical theories all the charge that comes out of the ring was added to it by the tesla coil as there is no other source.
What we see, however, does not match what we’d expect based on this. Look at the first discharge from the tesla coil to the ring (from the centre of the picture to the right); we see a band of thin purple discharges. Next take a look at the second discharge from the ring to the ground wire (in the left half of the picture); we see a band of thick bright white discharges. The colour and light intensity clearly indicate that there is more current in the second discharge.
If this is true then it is obvious that somehow charges were added to the metal ring other then through the first discharge.
TWO
In the second experiment we surround the high voltage terminal of the same tesla coil with a hollow aluminium sphere. Now the tesla coil discharges to the inside of the sphere which in turn results in a discharge of the sphere to the ceiling. In this case we notice that the voltage in the second discharge was almost twice that of the tesla coil without the sphere. The tesla coil could not have added charges once 500,000 volts were reached on the sphere, but somehow charges were added until about 1,000,000 volt was reached.
These two experiments speak in favour of Tesla’s theory, which also gives the only reasonable explanation for the so called “stepped leader” in lightning strikes.
I know Tesla's theory is correct and I will provide more evidence in the (near) future. This is just a small taste of things to come.
I hope people will get as excited about this as I am, for not only will it bring a new source of clean energy it will deepen our understanding of nature.
Have you heard anything about supposed "scalar waves"? After looking at some of your posts it reminded me of some youtube videos I watched from other researchers who are experimenting with and testing them for communication and possibly much more efficient power transfer. It appears these waves can travel as fast or maybe faster than light and through otherwise impenetrable (faraday cage) type objects.
I've been reading books and watching videos for years and tinkering with stuff when I can, but don't have a shop to build or test stuff myself as of yet. Maybe you've already seen them, but nevertheless they're very interesting.
Let me know what you think.
TheOldScientist, and TinselKoala seem to be doing similar research as yourself (however on a much smaller scale when compared to your 60KW T.C.!!)
Keep up the good work! Your truly an inspiration to people like myself.
LOL, yes, scalar waves. In my team we also have Koen van Vlaenderen. He has written a paper that was published on vixra and hrpub on an error in Maxwell's theories. Once you correct that you will find that there need to exist 2 types of longitudinal electromagnetic waves. Some people wrongly refer to that as scalar waves, but a wave can not be scalar. A field can be scalar, but a wave necessarily has a direction (2 in fact), so it doesn't make sense to call a wave scalar. A phi-potential is a scalar, it is an electric potential without direction as opposed to an A-potential which is a vector and is usually associated with a magnetic field. In his paper Koen shows that a phi-wave needs to exist and that it needs to travel much faster than the speed of light.
Although I think very highly of Koen's work, I can not easily map it on Tesla's theories, which are the focal point of my research. In our (Ethergy Co. Ltd.) practical research we try to prove either or both of these theories. :)
Wow, this is starting to finally make some sense! I could never picture in my mind what a 'scalar' (EM or not) wave would even look like. I went 3 years for Mech. Engineering and learned quite a lot (I thought) but had a tough time when we got to E.M. flux and all the derivations. It all seemed to be incomplete, or lacking with some rather vague assumptions. I actually quit school when I wasn't satisfied with a lot of the explanations I was being given. But only after I started to actually read about Tesla (only heard his name as the inventor of the Tesla coil before then) I thought it was very strange our Universities completely leave him out of the books, only then did I start making the connections that maybe there was a reason for all of these things. Thank you for the links and your response! I will read through and study this material first and get back to you if I have any more questions.
yes this theory will help me to know more about tesla's experiments
In that case, check my earlier posts. ;)
You guys are reviving the Tesla's theory, keep up the project and all the best
Great investigation bro.
You are proving Tesla's theories. I also support many of Tesla's work. Many of his works are kept secret by US Govt.
Tesla said that we can harness energy from the atmosphere around. He also said about transferring energy from one place to another without any medium. Most of things he said is very much futuristic even for today.
He was a visionary man. And it will be good if we try to experiment on Tesla's incredible theories.
Great work bro. Hats off to the great genius of Tesla. :)
Good post. Very informative and very hopeful in possible new source of clean energy . Good work and content. Will continue to follow. Good job.
Nice!
Instant follow.
Tesla supposedly had plans to install boilers in the Wardencylffe Tower... Ever experiment by adding steam to the surrounding area? Specifically in the area of the capacitance or second discharge.
There could be something happening with ozone and its ability to cascade ions out of air...particularly between steam and nitrogen. Some studies show NOx's can be easily made. There is a possibility that nitrogen is a source of extra electrons but requires something to react with to release these ions. Something that has intrigued me for sometime.
The support building of the Wardenclyffe tower had a boiler room, with its own railway coal supply.
I have pictures of the boiler room, but I can't find them so quickly.
(here is some more info on that)
These boilers provided steam for the 250 KW generator that in turn provided electricity for the tower.
I see no reason to assume they served any other purpose.
That makes a ton of sense. Someone gave me the impression it might have had something to do with the corona discharge....but probably not. Thanks for the information, I hadn't even looked into what the main source of power was going to be for the Wardenclyffe tower.
Besides that, have you experimented or looked into the chemical reactions present in the production of ozone?...I had a hunch that within those reactions lies an explanation for what you've documented with increased current in the second spark. Nikola's "Problem of Increasing Human Energy" bit on burning atmospheric nitrogen sounds like a great way to naturally fertilize the land, at the same time it could be a charge donor during its break down...
Corona seems like a flame burning. To touch on your theory of ether, maybe corona is similar to a flame burning the ether into degraded compounds, just as alcohol burns into degraded compounds, but can be distilled and condensed without being burned (conserved)...Fire and corona seem to be intertwined to some degree. Anyways, I might start posting my tesla research again as you've inspired me...
Good point evolvedalchemy. I will keep in mind what you told 4 years ago here.
Wait, I'm going to have to read this more closely later.
Thanks for having informed us.
