Speed Of Light Is Not Constant, It is constant by Definition!
Early reading of the speed of C (light) were 'surprisingly variable but by 1927 speed of light was thought to be 299,796 kilometres per second which was considered a very accurate reading. But from 1928 until through till 1945, the speed of light dropped all around the world by 20 kilometres per second. Suggesting perhaps cyclical rhythms in light speed. In late 1940's, the speed of light increased again by 20 m/s. t keeps varying.

Google is not a source. It's a search engine. I've never come across a scientific study that has been peer reviewed that shows that the speed of light has changed over time. Someone may claim otherwise however if it has not been validated buy independent studies then...it's just an empty statement.

The speed of light in a vacuum is 186K mph. It's slower in air or water..
@everittdmickey yes that is what i am reiterating. Speed of light (186K mph) is constant by definition in a vacuum. Speed of Light in reality could be slowed through BEC (Bose-Einstein Condensate), water
