#319 - Everyone's waiting. It was hot, the sun is already out and it is almost midday already.
This scene shows a number of bystanders waiting in a shed for other public utility rides. Looks like their trips are farther away that these tricycles are not bound for.
The tricycle drivers at the same time are also waiting for their passengers, who's destinations are just within their covered routes. Short trips to be exact.
