I joined Steemit in June 2017. I post consistently several times per week. Sometimes I have something every day. What helped at the beginning was commenting a lot. I don't always have time to read, so I try to schedule some time every now and then. I joined a few communities to use their tags and delegate to them, which helps bring in more upvotes. And I use Steem-auto to auto upvote certain people that I want to upvote even if I miss their content. I hope to hit rep level 70 for my 3rd Steemversary.
