Before - After #28

in #photomag5 years ago

Hi everyone! This week was short and quite eventful, so I had almost no time to create posts. I hope that everything will be back to normal on Monday. And today, in the section "Before - After", we are with you, friends, go to Bodrum to climb the hill between the two bays and enjoy the views from there.

Minibuses from Ortakent go quite unpredictably, so to get to Bodrum managed only after lunch. We go down to the port and from there we go up the crooked streets on the hill, passing by the military unit, private houses, pharmacies and shops. On the left are already visible dilapidated mills-one of the main attractions of the city. We just there. Ahead is a straight arrow road and a small rise. In General, nothing complicated, but the sun burns terribly and the heat from the ground also does not add strength. Finally we are at the mills. Only one of them is in good condition, restored and fenced. The rest are just whitewashed: for tourists will do. I take out the camera and make some pictures. The process captures as usual and after a few minutes I don't remember the scorching sun, nor of fatigue. Great, the view should be great. I change the lens and shoot the same at a wide angle and from the bottom point. Not bad, but the fence ruins it. What do we have behind the buildings? Ooh! Magnificent Bay with sun-scorched grass and turquoise sea. The feeling that a thousand years ago there was about the same, only goats grazed on the slopes, but the wooden boats with sails stood in the Harbor. Get here early in the morning or at sunset, and travel photographer always has to be content with what is here and now. Let's go!
