But marshes are also a very beautiful habitat and are full of interesting life forms. :-)
Just watched some pictures at google, it looks amazing there.
The Fens are a great place for watching wildlife. I was out yesterday birdwatching by the river.
Many interesting aquatic creatures.
We also have several types of deer, badgers and many other small mammals which are quite common.
If you sit in one place for an hour or two. On the edge of a lake or woodland at dawn or dusk.
You will see just about everything.
Just no waterfalls ;)
