PhotoHunt: How To Become A Photohunter Contestant
How To Become A Photohunter Contestant:
IMPORTANT: Participants attempting to be a photohunter contestant MUST log out of their Steemit accounts and log in to one of the accounts provided (ex. @photohunter1) using the provided posting keys on the main contest post.
What to do:
- Login using one of the provided accounts (ex. @photohunter1, @photohunter2, & etc.).
- Track down a contest-designated photo associated with a particular Steemit Witness among the blogs of the Steemit Witnesses: https://steemit.com/~witnesses
- Once identified, be the first to use one of the provided accounts to comment on the contest main post with the following phrase:
- “Gamemaster, I have found @[WitnessName]. Please acknowledge @[YourRealAccountName] as @photohunter[1,2,3,etc.]”
(NOTE: Naturally, replace ‘WitnessName’ based on the Steemit Witness who matches the contest photo - Use the account handle that follows the '@' rather than the account name that the user may have decided to use on their page! Replace ‘YourRealAccountName’ based on your actual account name that you normally use. Replace ‘1,2,3,etc’ based on the number corresponding to which provided account you are logged in.)
Note the following:
The gamemaster will manually reply to an official entry and upvote it to validate which comment is the official designation. There will be a delay in this process, but whoever comments correctly first should be presumed to be the chosen participant.
There can only be one identified Steemit Witness associated with a provided photohunter account. The first person to correctly identify the witness will be acknowledged by the gamemaster and will be treated as the official game comment.
If you notice that the account you are using has already identified a witness, log out & try another account and attempt to identify another witness not yet claimed. Do not attempt to identify another witness to an already attached to a witness photo, as your entry will not be validated.
After having your comment validated by the gamemaster, try to increase the comment value by whatever means possible in order to win.
