Well, it's really good for your health to drink rarely!!! i don't drink every day but sometimes, especially some weekends I drink some beers, nothing else containing alcohol! This first month of 2018 I stopped completely to drink any beer as I felt really down after the new years night adventures... I still don't drink anything during fixed periods and feel always good!!! thanks again for upvotes and comments! Have a nice Wednesday!!!
