The International Short Film Festival "The Kharkov Lilac" has one of the most famous brands of Kharkov in the whole world. Since 2009, the festival, which was attended by many talented filmmakers, contributed to the establishment and expansion of creative contacts between the cinematographers , the strengthening of the international authority of Kharkov, its positive image as a city of European culture. The film festival was attended by more than 400 filmmakers from around the world.
