Curd easter cakes

You will need the following products:
Cottage cheese-800 g
Eggs -4 pcs.
cream - 1 glass
Butter - 200 g
Sugar - 1 glass
Raisins, nuts, vanillin
thin cloth and cake shape

Step One: Separate the yolks from the white , rub the yolks with sugar using a blender.

Step two: add the sour cream and put on a slow fire, cook until the bubbles appear. Turn off the fire.

Step three: add butter to the hot mixture, melt it.

Step four: wipe the cottage cheese with a blender.

Step five: mix the creamy mixture well with the cottage cheese.

Step Six: add raisins, nuts; vanilla, mix everything.
Step Seven: In a special form, put a thin cloth, then lay out the curd mixture. Put in the refrigerator under the press for a day.

Step eight: Put the cake on the dish, decorate as you like.
