Alfredo Penne - sautéd Mushrooms, Spinach, and Feta - side of roasted Winter Vegetables, and Garlic Toast.

This was a fun special, everyone enjoyed it. I made everything myself from the Alfredo to the veg, making sure to add plenty of roasted garlic to the sauce!
