Personally, I always like to find myself some kind of hobby, and this hobby is to develop and do with special love and affection. Now, this is probably the first threshold that distracts from bad thoughts and deeds. The most convenient hobby for me is housework, it can be the most ordinary cleaning of the room or a small rearrangement of furniture. And this guys really works. There is another way to captivate yourself - This is to exercise. 20-25 minutes of exercise, well stimulate overall physical well-being. Well, now you can consider walking in the fresh air, it is only advisable to exclude smoking.
