it is Amloak and it is dry fruit of my area. it is also used as herbal medicine for cough and flu. people boiled its with water and drink its soup in winter. it is also very much eaten in winter as dry fruit. its affect is hot for body and help to keep body warm in winter . it is also one of the favorite dry fruit of kids. but it has large quantity of seed inside the fruits area. here one instruction is very important before eat it. before eating it, first wash it with fresh water . then eat it. many people and kids do not wash it . so it is my request.
