The lady in the picture is Eulalia Lourdes, my mother...

She was born from a poor family of farmers, losted in the mountains of Los Teques, a lot of years ago... She was the minor of twelve brothers... She got married too young, but six years after her husband, my father, died... Then she did must to work so hard in a hospital to cover her children needs...

Now, when her sons and daughters grew up... she have the time to walk by the mountains, as, for example, on this occasion when we visited El Jarillo, an agricultural area located in the highlands of Los Teques, the capital city of the state of Miranda, in Venezuela.
