This holiday is dedicated to spring. I and my daughter are waiting for spring, so this holiday will be celebrated so much fun that spring would come sooner. It is customary in our country to preserve the traditions of this holiday.

Maslenitsa is a pagan holiday. In pre-Christian Russia, the celebration was called "Farewell to Winter".
Previously, the sun was headed like God. Therefore, the first warm rays of the sun were joyfully met.
Therefore, they created a dish that resembles the sun. Pancakes are very similar to the sun. Pancakes are round and yellow.
If on this holiday you will eat a pancake, you will get a piece of sunlight and heat.
Our ancestors believed that those who do not have fun on Shrovetide, will live the coming year poorly and joylessly.

This holiday lasts a whole week. Exactly 7 days.
Every day keeps its tradition.
Monday - "Maslenitsa Meeting". On this day, the first pancakes are baked. In our time it is customary to say the first pancake is always lumpy. In fact, this is not tied to tradition, just the first pancake is not always obtained due to a poorly heated and poorly lubricated griddle. In fact, the first pancake should be done as best as possible, that would please them to a poor person.
Tuesday - "Flirt". It is on Tuesday that young people can have fun. After all, on this day you can walk as much as you want :)
Wednesday - "Gourmand". On Wednesday, it is customary to invite guests. And treat them to pancakes.
Thursday - "Razgulay." This day is almost the same as on Tuesday afternoon. On this day, too, it is customary to walk, play snowballs.
Friday - "Teschiny Vespers". On that day the son-in-law should invite his mother-in-law and treat her with pancakes.
Saturday - "Zolovkin gathering". On Saturday, the hostess of the house invites her husband's relatives.
Sunday is the apotheosis of the Carnival. On this day it is customary to ask forgiveness and forgive everyone!

Ingredients

sugar-140grams
vanilla sugar-30gram
milk -1.5 liters
vegetable oil-85grams
salt-4grams
flour-500grams

Preparation:
