Swapmeet Finds #3475
All of these were "Patsy near S.P. depot August 15, 1938". OK, so that's a Southern Pacific Lines Railroad Depot back there. It has a Western Union Telegraph Office. It doesn't look like the Third and Townsend Depot in San Francisco. But it does looks to be in a fairly large city. And that's a 1938 California license plate on that one car ("6G 91 94"). Still not enough clues. :-( Great cars and truck, though. :-)
And some type of palm tree, so you know it's Southern Cali...

i'm surprised they didn't do a series with Patsy playing on the train tracks! lol
