No clues written on these. I can barely make out "51" on the car's license plate. And these kids look like they're dressed up for Easter. So it might be safe to assume this is Easter, 1951. The little girl appears to be Shaun and she does look around 4 years old, so 1951 still holds. Not sure who the little boy is. A cousin, perhaps?
It seems they turn around for shopping.
