Swapmeet Finds #2199
I'm thinking Army mechanic, circa 1940s. The main reason I suspect he's in the military (aside from the fact that he looks like it) is that metal can to his left. It's got all the usual military type markings on it. Too bad I can't make out any of them.
I also think he was in the military, but I thought he was in the Navy, and that’s just because the way he is wearing his beanie.
If his beanie was white, I would have thought Navy, too... :-)
