Macca is super popular in Peru as I believe that is where it comes from. I bought some there and would mix it into yogurt sometimes. For basically being a ground up root, it has a very peanut buttery flavor going on, so I see how it could go well into many baked goods.
Super food in a Bliss Ball, you can't go wrong!

Hey Gringa! That is so cool. Seems like you and I always cross some sort of connection regarding somehwere in the world. Two of my great grandparents are from Odessa. I have some Eastern European roots. You're father must be super well traveled. That is so unusual for Americans, and very cool. I think you would like it here. Great cost of living too ;) you know I like that! lol
