First Snow - Donegal, Ireland
I was excited to look out my window and see snow on Muckish Mountain this morning! Just wanted to share it :-)

Hello, @woman-onthe-wing,
Thank you so much for sharing your view with us.
That view is so lovely!
Your photo reminds me a bit of here in Southern California, I also find it thrilling when I crest a hill and see a view of the Palomar Mountain range when it has a snow cap.
I had the joy of knocking around Ireland with my family back in 2010 a bit, but sadly did not get quite so far north.
I hope you get to come back and explore the north some day. I see you found Muckish on Google maps though! My brother & family live in California and I've thought before that some of the landscape is similar. Yours is a lot warmer though... wish I could have some of it on this wintry day! Thanks for your comment @creatr :-)
It does get chilly here as well in the California desert; but probably not as cold as by you. Do you heat with peat? I was fascinated as we drove through the beautiful highlands between Dublin and Wexford to see a gentleman out digging and cutting up chunks of peat.
Yes, there is beauty all about us in both parts of the world! I was stricken with amazement when we drove down the valley along the Old Military Road and came across Glendalough. Utterly lovely. :)
So nice to chat with you, my dear! :) ;) I hope you've had a grand day!
Aaah, yes, peat, so warming and the smell is fantastic!
I have had a great day thanks, I've been creating a salad for the culinary challenge this week! Hope you have too, and also nice to chat :-)
Thanks for interacting with me. I hope, time permitting, you will also visit me at my blog and poke around a little bit.
BTW, I forwarded to my wife a link to this wonderful article of yours about real food. Thank you also for that! ;)
Ah you're welcome, I'm glad you found that post helpful! I am so keen for others to become well, and love that Steemit is full of people receptive to all sorts of good information.
I have been a follower of your blog for a good while I believe, but I'm afraid I don't always get to spend much time looking at posts after cooking on an afternoon and doing a post on an evening, all whilst taking care of my 14 month old! I know I've definitely liked some of your posts though as I know your username and I only remember usernames if I have liked posts! Ha ha. Thanks, take care
Thanks for the encouragement, and I understand limited time... No worries! ;) You're welcome at my blog any time when you find scarce time to be available! :) :) :)

Good see it over the Emerald Isle! We had our first over here in Bonnie Scotland last week - and I posted a photo similar to your own ;) Great mountain view BTW!
Thanks! I will have a nosy at your profile now to see your snow photo!
