The life of a Black Rhino by night
The highly endangered Black Rhino is a nocturnal species sleeping by day grazing by night. They have an incredible sense of smell and hearing and are always ready to defend themselves. Lions do not bother attacking Rhinos due their tough skin and risk of injury.
I captured this image at a waterhole in Africa late one evening using my tripod and delayed exposure. The last image is mother with her calf.
I hope you enjoy!

Wow, hats off for this shot man! The last shot is even more wonderful, with the reflections in water like reflection in a black mirror!!
Thank you @Siddartha I also love the reflections. It was a special sighting and moment indeed!
Very suitable black and white :)
The time being around midnight it is very difficult to get a clear colour photo so i opted to shoot the RAw file in Black and White. MY Nikon D800 has excellent black and white night vision.
Super! :)
