RE: Thoughts, Words and Photos (Forty)

It is the duty of everyone to contribute, no matter how small, to the community. Wealth has never been the criteria by which people's contributions are judged. In most cases, it is those who lack, who see the need to grow the community. Those who have usually feel that the community needs them more than they need the community and with that attitude comes nonchalance and with that comes callousness and oppression.

No community can be built on the back of one man or woman; all the members of the community have to support each other. They have to put in the little they have; be it time, knowledge, skill, resources, so the community can grow.

At the end of the day, everyone will not be equal but it is a good feeling to know that there's a place that is as close to utopia as man can get without losing himself.

There are various ways to do this but, most act out of habit. Habit is what got us to this point globally.

Equal is an impossibility, as is fair. We all have our own journey and we all have the same 24 hours in a day. The final destinations may vary greatly but how one lives is a marker that is only able to be evaluated by the individual.

Also the journey that one embarks on as he or she contributes to the community is also important. For as we connect, help, interact, we grow too and this growth is seen in the kind of persons we become after all is said and done.
