Sunset Photography California Coast - 8 images
The tripod has made it down to the beach twice that I can recall. Sand near moving parts is almost always trouble, and with that in mind, I totally did it anyway.
The lights to the left (above) are from San Fransisco and probably 100 miles away.
The very last of the sun over the Pacific with cars driving highway 101.
The Spaniards! They made us dinner in the parking lot of the rest stop by frying onions celery and sundries tomatoes. That I will remember for a while. They were actually Catalonians and certainly specified the difference. Seemed they were more like libertarians than socialists.
That there is Goat's Head Rock. Its about ten miles from Kistler's vineyard. (my first post from yesterday)
I understand why the Russians tried settling this area. If they knew then about grape varietals, they would have never left.
