Beauty around us

Very often we travel abroad spending huge sums in order to find the beauty, to find adventures or just to have a rest. Nevertheless, in most cases we are blind: the beauty, adventures and peace are so near that we can´t imagine.

For example, this beautiful Orchid (by the way, the national flower of Venezuela), "lives" in the garden of my mother-in-law. This flower is so delicate and elegant, but the majority of the members of the family perceive it just like something integral, general, must-be-here.

I see the power of the Nature and its beauty in this flower. Of course, it´s a plant, but just imagine our planet without it, without its colour, its smell, its beauty...

Nowadays we rush in every aspect of our life, we want to earn as much money as possible (or even impossible), we want go get and feel important, and simply don´t have time to stop and see that the beauty is so close, what is more we don´t want to see it.
