Well, they do very well :) As do you with your photographs! Photoshop is a little too over my head though. I've tried it a few times but I just get frustrated and quit! :D
I think there are many tutorials available online. You always can refer them.
Ya, I've tried, haha! Plus, I don't own it and it's a little expensive so I have to stick with what I have for now :)
