Barcelona Monochrome Style
Hiya Steemians, I wanted to post about Barcelona since ages - been there the last time 6 years ago and my photography skills as well as equipment was not that much developed these days. As I like to edit photos into a less colourful way I tried it also with some photos I took back in 2012 - this is the best I could realise lol - all for MonochromeMonday by @old-guy-photos today.
Barcelona - a great City
As we all know this City in Catalunya (officially in Spain) is one of the hot shots for tourism, business and culture across Europe. I used to be there more often when I was studying in the south of France several years ago which was only a 6 hours drive by car. That time it was really cheap to live there and to enjoy the greatness of the City. The prices have increased a lot now as most of you know but it remains of my favourite cities to travel.
Apart from great monuments, churches and building one can find a lot Art especially around Antonio Gaudi and Pablo Picasso's work. If you are into Art - do not miss a trip there. In addition you have Beaches and all kinds of Sports opportunities which where created for the Olympics in 1992 - and most importantly - the real FCB is located there - FC Barcelona - Soccer - Football! Forgive me Bayern Munich fans.

Hey! Toller Beitrag. Bei mir steht Barcelona auch auf der Liste. Vielleicht dieses Jahr, vielleicht aber auch erst nächstes :) Auf jeden Fall tolle Bilder, da bekommt man Lust auf mehr:)

Definitely great work and awesome pictures, black and white brings out the details, but I like snaps in full color.

Manche geben sich unendlich Mühe und schreiben richtige "Bücher" in einen Beitrag.
Dabei hat doch leider kaum jemand die Zeit, sich alles durchzulesen.
Und ich finde, Du hast hier eine gute Mischung gefunden, zwischen Fotos und Text.
