Fireflies are animals that can release light during the night. As for the light it produces from the singin rays with wavelength 510 nm - 670 nm. This light is only a sign or code to signal a mating.
Many of us encounter these specises in swamps, forests and humid areas. The light of this spell is a sign that convince the enemy that they are not a delicious meal.
The types of food fireflies include plants, snails, worms and other insects. And this animal is a carnivore. The life span of fireflies is very short for 2-3 weeks.
